Refund & Cancellation Policy

All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, all sales are final.
BDE Packages
A full refund (minus a $50 admin fee) is available before your first in-car lesson. After the first lesson, the cost of that lesson is also deducted. No refund is issued after two or more in-car lessons have been completed.
Payment Processing Fees
When a refund is processed, applicable payment fees are deducted: 3% for card payments via Stripe, 6% for Afterpay, and nothing for Interac e-Transfer.
How to Request
Email info@safadrivingacademy.ca with your name, the service purchased, and your purchase date. We respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days.
